Worked with multiple different dealerships, simultaneously, to get their deals processed and funded by the banks. Processed checks from banks, credit unions, and other dealerships and wrote checks to customers, license and title agencies and banks. Processed car titles and license plates in accordance with the State of Ohio. Audited dealerships inventory as well as warranties and insurance data bases. I processed, recorded, and organized the cash, credit card and check deposits for 5 dealerships including their sales, service and parts departments. Used Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook as well as Reynolds data base software.

Processed paperwork on all transactions entering and leaving the company. Coded and properly entered AP into company data system. Billed customers on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis working off a set payment distribution per pound, ton, gallon, shipment or barrel. Worked with facility managers to correctly record totals in and out of digesters on a daily basis. Recorded the output of usable natural gas for consumption and recorded that with the EPA. I kept track of all vehicles in the fleet making sure all paperwork, tags, and licenses where up to date. I also built the training manual used for AP and AR.

Organized the day to day operations of the business for the CEO of the company. Organize, Implement, and Execute programs and new business ventures to generate new revenue streams for the company. Organized and prepared the companies accounting, AP and AR as well as reconciled the bookkeeping and making deposits. Marketed and Advertised programs, wholesale goods, and sporting events. Managed and Planned Sporting Events around the country for youth (8-14), high school (15-18) and adults. Worked with customers, suppliers, retailers and wholesalers on many different levels. Brought in hundreds of thousands of $ to the company as well as opening new markets and avenues for profit centers. Worked with all Microsoft Office Applications as well as Quickbooks and Peachtree Accounting Software.

Sports Management and Marketing were key in this role. Bringing in players and trainers, aiding in the development of a curriculum for the different age groups and making sure parents and players were happy. Use of Microsoft Office Applications were key. Received Licenses:NSCAA National, Advanced National, and PremierUSSF "D", Goal Keeping Level 1

Organized the first USA FUTSAL team to compete in the Jewish Olympics in Israel. Given responsibility to work independently to find players through tryouts, in person meetings, video and internet. Fundraised for the team and aided in bring in the over $90,000 needed. Found sponsors, a coaching staff and 13 team members. Traveled to New York City for meetings with the Organization and submitted regular updates on how the program was proceeding. Acted as liaison at the international competition headquarters in Israel and followed protocol to get team registered, organized and at the facilities for training and their games for the competition. The team finished 7th in the world.
