Responsibilities included, day-to-day subcontractor activity, daily reports, writing RFI‘s, COR‘s. Review submittals. Schedule inspections. Facilitate weekly meetings with owner. This project includes a complete demolition to the existing exterior walls and complete rebuild. 3MRancho Mirage Cal Fire Station 50 Seismic and Building Improvements. 2.7M. Responsible for day to day operations and subcontractor coordination. Writing RFI’s, approving change orders and billing. Report and work directly with the city and internal project manager on a daily basis.UC Riverside Spieth Hall Roof Replacement and Mechanical Upgrade. 3M Upgrade all mechanical in the Life science building, including walk-in coolers, vivarium and other labs while occupied. Shut down coordination of mechanical equipment and exhaust fans / hood vents. Reporting to multiple owner reps and internal project manager. This is A high acuity project for UC Riverside. Asbestos abatement required in almost every aspect of this project.

Project management Superintendent for the San Luis Obispo County Women's Detention Center addition and new on site medical facilities, $75 million Subcontractor estimates, subcontractor cordination / schedule, RFI submittals, changeorder estimates & submittals, safety mettings, San Luis Obispo County Sheriff weekly update meetings, red line documentation and logging, scheduling and attending inspection with IOR, high security contractor / sherrif cordination for main jail remodeling and security upgrades, fire marshal inspection schedule and attendance, architect comunication and documentation, cost code creation and tracking, supervised 80+ company and subcontractor personal on site.
