Job Responsibilities:- Work with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to plan and coordinate multiple pick-up and delivery schedules. - Track and report detailed shipment status of loads to each customer.- Resolve freight discrepancies and customer concerns in a timely manner - Maintain a positive and productive relationship with both customers and carriers. - Identify, contact, and negotiate pricing with qualified carriers. - Contact current and potential customers on a regular basis for new business opportunities. - Perform all freight services according to company and government regulations. - Post open loads to various boards in order to find the best value for customers.- Negotiate with carriers on price and pick-up/drop-off times for shipments. - Find new carriers to transport time sensitive freight.
