Also responsible for visiting various jobs and performing safety inspections and ensuring compliance with Columbia safety protocols. As a result, I have to opportunity to coach people as to how to perform their jobs safely and efficiently to maximize productivity and quality.

Manage all aspects of branch operation. Work with operations and sales staff to deliver customer satisfaction and cultivate new business. Coordinate with clients to find materials that meet there needs, design systems to achieve required results, educate clients and staff about new materials and methods, and develop a culture that is based on responding to customer needs quickly and thoroughly. Hiring and training of new personnel, inventory and policy compliance, internal auditing, etc. Approx. $15M a year in sales
