• Operated independently interviewing patients one-on-one, gathering and aggregating their medical history, social history, and current symptoms. • Combined my interview with the patient’s lab data, test results, and other assessments, to present a report to the patient's ER physician, thereby assisting in making the Emergency Department more efficient and better able to serve our patients.

• Acted as first responder to reports of child abuse and was tasked with going into schools, homes, and crime scenes to conduct interviews, coordinate with law enforcement agencies, and perform other duties to ensure child welfare and safety. • Facilitated the difficult transition of, when absolutely necessary, removing children and placing them in protective custody by connecting the child and family with community services and support groups. • Worked closely with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office during legal proceedings, including the writing and filing petitions with the courts, attending hearings, and testifying at trials.
