£400M mixed use development for developer Northacre where I had overall responsibility for the pre-construction design and procurement of all building services.The six tower development ranging from 13 to 19 storeys included a new street, retail units and office space at the podium level and 268 apartments alongside residents’ facilities including a gym, 25m pool and spa.
