Been a manager at Clearwater grill for approx. 6 months, but was a bartender/server with the restaraunt for the past 3 years before being promoted. I lead a crew of 10-12 people and am responsible for ensuring food is cooked properly and delivered to the guest in a timely manner (attention to detail, time management). My job also entails interacting with and solving any problems a customer might have (customer service, problem solving). I also am responsible for beer and wine orders, as well as counting down cash drawers and closing the restaurant (inventory skills, money handling skills, data entry).
