- Led the team's implementation of Workday's Adaptive financial forecasting software; built multiple models to facilitate forecasting the P&L based on the key drivers available from Workday or other sources.- Worked with the FP&A team to develop monthly operational expense reporting for 35+ teams across ACA. Listened to each business leader to determine which drivers of their expenses were most important and configured their reporting to emphasize they drivers each was most interested in.- Facilitated ACA's deficiency balance and bankruptcy debt sales to 3rd parties. Guided a cross functional team to identify the accounts to be sold & the compliance considerations to be met and then executed on completing those transactions by ensuring the data and documents were timely transferred to buyers.

- Established monthly reporting for 2 Lines of Business which previously had limited insight into their impact on the entire company's performance.- Worked with a cross functional team to develop a dashboard to track and predict company losses from month to month.- Updated key accounting loss estimates to ensure they were GAAP-compliant, matched the underlying operational drivers of the business, and were reasonably efficient to update and book each close.
