I was responsible for mitigating risks in all of the Recreational Sports facilities on IU Bloomington's campus. This included inspections of these facilities for safety risks in accordance with I-OSHA guidelines, recommending facility upgrades to the Associate Director of Recreational Sports, and keeping thousands of participants a day safe. As a first responder, I would act as an EMT-B to care for any injury that would occur in the facilities as well as detailed written documentation of these accidents and electronic entry of these reports.
