I started as a Talent Acquisition Assistant for Pearson in college due to my internship course (5 months). This led me to be absorbed into the team and landed my first full-time job. Within the company, I handled multiple regions of the United Kingdom, which consists of more than 100 locations to be managed while also providing support in different countries if needed. I efficiently addressed multiple problems/requests inquired by key persons to make the hiring process seamless and also to improve the candidate experience when applying to Pearson.
