I head the ASEAN investigations team for Citi Security and Investigative Services, leading a team of capable and experienced investigators in conducting complex and highly sensitive investigations into allegations of fraud, misconduct, and related wrongdoing. I work with stakeholders in identifying and resolving vulnerabilities in policies and processes. I previously practiced as a disputes lawyer in leading law firms for over 13 years, with a focus on corporate and commercial litigation and international arbitration. I also advised clients on regulatory and internal investigations and on corporate governance issues.Some of my appointments / awards are listed below. - Appointed as amicus curiae by the Supreme Court of Singapore, where I assisted the High Court in a matter relating to the Protection of Harassment Act. The High Court noted its “gratitude for [my] valuable assistance” ([2015] SGHC 315; subsequently heard on appeal in [2017] SGCA 6).- Appointed by the Ministry of Law to the Panel of Assessors for COVID-19 Temporary Relief.- Singapore Business Review: Singapore’s 30 most influential lawyers under 40 (2023 edition).- Asialaw Leading Lawyers (2023 edition): “extremely responsive and gives very practical advice", "good listener and pays attention to details."
