My professional past has been a focus on the customer and what I can do to strengthen the relationship between me (and my employer) and the customer. I've worked in a variety of customer service positions from a medical clinic, web design, and even fast food. I also have taken communication courses to help better understand not only the customers I'm dealing with but also the team members I may be working with. I have a strong sense of team work and enjoy helping others with their work when able. I also have a habit of analyzing things as an equation, when the solution isn't immediately available, to try to better understand what the real causes of an issue might be before trying to solve it. I take pride in, and enjoy providing quality service for customers. I also take constructive criticism well and am always eager to learn a different or new way of doing things.
