I was recently hired as an assistant manager for Bob Evans Restaurants. I am enthusiastic at the opportunity and possibilities that this position opens up for me. I am looking forward to incorporating my recent sales management experience, with my prior extensive restaurant knowledge, in a concerted effort to maximize my growth potential.

I am responsible for developing and securing new business to business accounts, including Rickers, Papa Johns, Barceolna Tapas, and Southeastern Neighborhood Development (S.E.N.D.). I interview and hire new employees, assign and ensure they have all the proper equipment, as well as oversee their daily job responsibilities. I maintain our fleet maintenance budget and oversee repairs.I work with operations and facility managers daily, to guarantee our technicians are maintaining the highest levels of quality, and completing jobs in a timely manner.
