• Managed a 15-person post-production team handling over 200 clients in 2022.• Oversaw budgeting for the post-production department. In the first three months, I looked into previous overspending and the use of overseas contractors. I recommended restructuring the department and saved over $150,000 annually whilst improving quality and timelines.• Quality control of all video assets coming from the creative team through the post-production department. As Agency Manager I lead a student-run agency of 40 creatives. Soapbox Agency, a creative marketing agency is run on Brigham Young University-Idaho Campus.My main role is to coordinate and oversee productions for six to eight off-campus clients per semester. As a videographer and audio engineer, I help to shoot, edit, master audio and deliver professional-quality videos for our clients. I also approve all project deliverables before delivery to clients.I run the day-to-day operations of the agency and organize and lead weekly training and meetings for the agency and video department. I meet weekly with student and faculty leaders to discuss the status of agency and projects.

I lead a team of 11 talented video editors as part of a student-run advertising agency. As executive producer, I have the responsibility of organizing project assignments, weekly training, approving final cuts for client deliveries, weekly leadership meetings, and of course editing video myself. All of this is done in conjunction with my full-time studies at Brigham Young University - Idaho.
