• Revision of technical documentation and specifications as part of troubleshooting process
• T-SQL scripting to query and update database contents
• Reading / interpretation of Java code as part of investigation
• Remote connection to customer systems using WebEx and similar technologies

• Constantly review the Business System’s divisional SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to ensure that it is accurate and up to date.
• Ensuring that focus is always placed on cost containment and revenue maximization.

• Prepare / maintain User Manuals for the system being supported.
• Ensure all allocated projects are completed within the allocated timescales, to a high level of quality and within budget.
• All projects undertaken are done so according to the framework adopted by the division.
