I am a systems engineer who specializes in systems management, enterprise mobility management, application delivery, IT process automation and integrating cloud based services with on premises technologies. I also perform day to day operations for managing a multi forest Active Directory domain and maintaining datacenter infrastructure for hosting on premises services.I currently focus on the following technologies: System Center technologies (primarily SCCM and SCORCH), Microsoft Intune, Office 365, Active Directory Federation Services, Windows Server, Citrix XenApp (7.13) and NetScaler (v11). I also have extensive experience working in an enterprise setting managing other services including: Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Certificate Services, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2010/2013 and Windows workstation and server administration.Technology is one of my greatest passions! Solving complex problems while working with new solutions, finding answers to issues that are beyond complicated, and finding ways to make the impossible possible are all things that keep me coming back to the office day after day.

Worked in the Noblis Help Desk providing support for Noblis employee's systems, and services. In addition to normal troubleshooting and problem resolution regarding user's systems, the help desk members were responsible for administering RSA SecurID accounts as well as Active Directory new user account provisioning and administration. Also, as a member of the help desk I was responsible for deploying new systems to current and new Noblis employees. I was also tasked on several occasions with providing documentation targeted at end user's for specific Noblis systems and/or services.As a side project I setup and configured a new deployment method for new machines utilizing the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2010, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows Deployment Services. This solution was built to replace our existing implementation of Ghost for deploying images to Noblis laptops and desktops. In addition to setting up the environment I worked to create and tailor our custom images for laptop/desktop deployment.
