December, 2005 – May, 2012Managed one supervisor and 24 direct reports in a customer facing 24/7 operations center. • Responsible for configuration, provisioning, implementation, test and turn-up, fault isolation, repair, MACD and change control functions for customers of complex data services. • Customers included other service providers, colleges, state and local government agencies, regional banks, retailers, healthcare providers, colleges and primary school districts. • Services included Internet access, layer 2 & 3 VPN (Virtual Private Network), TLS (Transparent LAN Services), VoIP (Voice over IP), DSL and managed CPE (Customer Premise Equipment). • Effective as the escalation point for customers, account teams, field operations and other internal support groups.
