Hello, I am Jared A. DeSilvey. I have been practicing in the areas of personal injury, family law and probate law since 1997. I've done my stint in the Muskogee County District Attorney's Office. In private practice, I have settled or tried an astronomical number of personal injury and family law cases. (I am not attempting to brag here; I've just handled a huge load of cases since 1997 and could not begin to count them.) I am also a certified mediator of family law and civil cases, such as breach of contract and personal injury, to name a couple. Additionally, I have been qualified to serve as a guardian ad litem for children in custody cases.I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1993 with a B.S. in Political Science and American History and received my J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1996. I am a member of the Oklahoma, all three Federal Courts in Oklahoma, the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, Tulsa, Muskogee, Okmulgee County Bar Associations, as well as the Creek Nation, Choctaw Nation, and Cherokee Nation Bar Associations.
