Member of Nerd’s Core team, where my primary responsibilities include maintaining and developing Restful API Microservices. I managed a team of 9 developers, overseeing feature development for our Invitation Management Application. I coordinated Agile ceremonies, collaborated closely with the Product Manager to streamline feature requests, and led the research, design, and execution of solutions as requested by the Product Team. I was responsible for designing and managing the creation of the Common Fields REST API, which was pivotal in inspiring the development of the innovative product, Field CX. My contributions extended to maintaining and enhancing Rocket, a custom ORM API tailored to support advanced charting queries and data visualization. I actively coordinated with multiple national teams, collaborating closely to design and develop the Field CX solution. Additionally, I provided valuable assistance in designing and implementing new stories and features, ensuring they aligned with the overarching project objectives.

As a member of the new Innovation Lab we have been tasked with building prototypes to perform experiments to validate weather a project is ready to move into production. We are using The Lean Startup and other product development sources to give us the tools needed to Build, Measure, and Learn. Our purpose is to validate ideas and provide engineering with prototypes that have passed our experiments and we have proven that the prototype has been accepted by our audience it is intended.

Worked as a developer alongside external contractors across various projects, emphasizing process improvement and team development to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. I led the comprehensive re-architecture of legacy backend software, enhancing its robustness and overall performance. Additionally, I spearheaded a team that successfully implemented the "High Jump" warehouse management system, resulting in significant improvements in shipment throughput and overall operational efficiency.
