Working as a General Foreman for Cupertino Electric I have many opportunities in the industry presented to me. My personal development here has helped me become a leader in the industry and has allowed me to continue to improve my skills in all aspects of the electrical industry. My roles are constantly changing which adds a great challenge to my days. I oversee all aspects of my projects including safety, production and labor tracking, scheduling, foreman development, design, customer relationships, vendor management, procurement and many more skills. I am always looking forward to the next challenge that CEI has to offer.

I came to Cupertino Electric to expand my opportunities in the electrical industry. Since I have made the move to CEI I have grown from stand alone foreman roles into being a part of some of the most sophisticated and advanced project that the industry has to offer. I have had the opportunities to travel to other states to work on large scale projects that have not only challenged my knowledge, but have also allowed me to grow into the role I am in today. I enjoy working on unique projects and managing a variety of manpower. I enjoy helping others hone their skills and work on their personal development from the apprentice level all the way up to foreman's that work for me. I also enjoy the challenge of growing my own skills on a continual basis as I move forward in my career. In my role I am responsible for not only managing manpower and production on a project, but also interfacing with other trades, general contractors as well as the customers. I take a lot of pride in building relationships with all parities on projects I am involved with and work hard to produce a product that can be stood behind by CEI as well as the IBEW for quality of craftsmanship.Areas I have appreciated learning and will indefinitely work on to improve on my projects and personal development are Safety, Scheduling, Labor Tracking, Installation Methods, Design Assistance, Logistics and working with Sub-Contactors just to name a few.
