The Territory Sales Manager oversees all business within a sales zone. This position leads between $40-70 Million in annual sales by equipping and enabling the large format sales & service teams with current and accurate information, planning tools and training. The role directly engages the top customers and provide the sales & service team’s leadership and guidance necessary to exceed zone’s sales and growth expectations utilizing proven relationship building techniques.

Sales Training Manager responsibilities include, leading a team of Sales Trainers to ensure that national training initiatives are implemented throughout the Region. Delivering Frontline and Frontline leader onboarding, working with the HR Leadership Team, RVP, & MMD to ensure training programs align with region standards.

The District Sales Manager responsibilities include, leading a team of sales representatives to drive superior marketplace execution and customer service.
