I have been in the medical device manufacturing field for over 15 years, and have expertise in laser welding, laser cutting and laser ablation. I've become familiar with various measuring equipment including, but not limited to; microscopes, calipers, dial indicators, micrometers and the MicroVu system. I've become very proficient with programing G Code, conduct audits, as well as perform quality inspections following ISO protocol. I set up workstations, develop tooling and document everything clearly in a labbook so that it can be recreated at a later date. I am a high level R&D technician searching for a laser engineering position, where I can utilize my production background and develop processes for future use by the production group. I am a very hard worker who learns quickly, and I always put quality first!
