First and foremost, I am a board certified litigator. I have been been the lead trial attorney in 31 jury trials and one arbitration throughout southeast Texas. I represent businesses, large and small, individuals, insureds, and insurers, in cases involving claims of loss of business income, personal injury, breach of contract and/or warranty, commercial disputes of any kind, product liability, premises liability, general negligence, and construction defect.
