Technical Support Specialist
CurrentAssigned to Vector's largest client, Chemical Bank, and operate out of Midland Main branch. Provide on-site and remote technical assistance for end users within the bank, including PC hardware/software support, hardware replacement, and Xerox/HP printer support. Often travel to other branches in the eastern/southern Michigan (and occasionally Ohio) area for assigned tasks. Work with a small and largely independent team of technicians to support all 300+ branches and offices.
