Assigned to Vector's largest client, Chemical Bank, and operate out of Midland Main branch. Provide on-site and remote technical assistance for end users within the bank, including PC hardware/software support, hardware replacement, and Xerox/HP printer support. Often travel to other branches in the eastern/southern Michigan (and occasionally Ohio) area for assigned tasks. Work with a small and largely independent team of technicians to support all 300+ branches and offices.

I am responsible for computer asset management and handling the deployment of new hardware and software to our clients. It is my team's responsibility to oversee and ensure proper working functionality of each of the campus' academic computer labs as well. Finally, I am tasked with research and data processing projects directly from my supervisor on a regular basis.
