PyperFrogley Pest Control was formed to bring better customer satisfaction and service to the state of Idaho. In doing so, we not only provide basic pest control, but animal control, removal, and specialty services i.e., termites and carpenter ants. Since starting PyperFrogley we have developed personal relationships with customers and property management companies. Learning to nurture these relationships has given me good opportunities to manage my interpersonal skills and communication.

Army Aviation is responsible for the oversight of all flight tracking and the maintenance of all pilots’ hours and flight plans. Communication between a pilot and Operation Sergeant is critical to a safe and accident free flight. I underwent rigorous testing and training in order to be recruited into the Police Department where I learned State Laws as well as Boise City codes. I developed interview and problem solving techniques to build relationships of trust with the people of our community. With these techniques I was able to resolve complaints and solve crimes to help create a better community. I also was confident in my skills to preserve my personal safety along with those I served and worked with.

During my time in Operation Enduring Freedom from 2005-2007 the combat zone changed weekly. It was essential to have proper knowledge to survive the 18 month deployment . I was part of a team that worked together in the biggest ground assault since 2005 known as Anaconda. The operation was called Operation Mountain Lion. It focused on crippling the insurgents’ ability to resupply the Taliban fighting out posts. We joined forces with the Marine Division, NATO Forces, and 10th Mountain Division to accomplish great gains in the Afghanistan War.• Accountability for 12x $14 million dollar Army aircraft.• FOB Security.• Check-point Security for suicide bombers and VBIED’s.• Tower Guard 24 hour rotations.
