As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, I lead a fast-growing, innovative brand at the intersection of hospitality, dining, and nightlife. Born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida, I’ve built my career on creating impactful experiences in hospitality and real estate while contributing to philanthropic initiatives that make a difference.My journey began in Miami Beach, where I attended Miami Country Day School before earning my degree from the University of Miami. While in college, I worked with my family’s real estate company, Crescent Heights, gaining early exposure to property management and development—skills that would form the backbone of my entrepreneurial pursuits.I started my career managing projects for Crescent Heights in South Florida and the Midwest. In 2010, I co-founded Menin Hospitality in Chicago with my cousin, Keith Menin. Together, we developed a portfolio of iconic boutique hotels, including the Shelborne South Beach, Gale South Beach, and Raffaello Hotel in Chicago, managing nearly 2,500 hotel rooms across the United States at our peak.In 2012, I transitioned into the restaurant and nightlife industry, co-founding Radio Bar and the first Bodega Taqueria y Tequila in Miami Beach. What started as a single location has since grown into a nationally recognized brand, with ten locations across South Florida, Chicago, and Washington, D.C., and plans to expand to 50+ locations nationwide.Bodega is celebrated for its approachable take on Mexican street food, award-winning craft cocktails, and vibrant hidden lounges featuring live DJs and a speakeasy-inspired vibe. Upcoming locations in Washington, D.C. (January 2025) and Nashville (August 2025) will continue to bring Bodega’s signature blend of dining and nightlife to new markets.In addition to my work with Bodega, I’m passionate about giving back. I’m a board member of the Dolphins Cancer Challenge, the NFL’s largest charitable organization, which raises over $12 million annually for cancer research. I’m also an active member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), where I collaborate with global leaders to drive innovation and growth.I thrive on creating exceptional experiences, whether it’s delivering best-in-class hospitality or championing causes that matter.
