Planned, organized, and directed activities for a ($20M) dollar design/build airfield paving project for the US Army Corps of Engineers located at Altus Air Force Base. Project included new concrete taxiway pavement, asphalt shoulder rehabilitation, electrical lighting and drainage improvements. Formulated reports concerning work progress, costs, and scheduling. Directed and supervised workers on construction site to ensure project met specifications. Inspected and reviewed construction work, and reports to ensure work conforms to government specifications.

Various civil improvement projects including commercial, industrial and infrastructure. Responsibilities included bidding, estimating, scheduling, building relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Began as a welder assistant and was quickly promoted to assistant supervisor to coordinate other employees in their duties. Operated a 10 ton overhead crane and forklift.
