Provided comprehensive dental care for over 5,000 members of USS Ronald Reagan and Carrier Strike Group SEVEN. Served as director of esthetic dentistry and laboratory services. Instructed crewmembers in basic first aid, advanced pre-hospital trauma life support, patient transport and mass casualty triage. Collateral duties included coordination of multi-disciplinary treatment, supervision of two full-time dental lab technicians and on-board dental laboratory, record auditing, call rotation scheduling, supply and administration of the Surface Warfare Medical Department Officer training program.

Completed additional training in all dental specialties and procedures, including porcelain veneers, complex non-surgical endodontic therapy, non-surgical management of temporomandibular disorders and atypical facial pain, surgical extractions, and orthodontics.
