Lead Coach of highest-level age group swimmers. Write and organize team workouts, identify goals of swimmers and develop a plan to achieve them, observe and train from imperfections in swimmers’ strokes, accurate note taking of athlete races to find improvement opportunities. Organize and manage team swim meets, apply for sanction, develop meet sheet, create meet in meet management software, organize volunteers.
