SENIOR ENLISTED ADVISOR AND ADMINISTERED a quarterly training resource synchronization forum which coordinated training resources and plans for four subordinate brigades within the European Training Command. COORDINATED AND SUPPORTED unit training requirements with resources across the European Area of Operations. DEVELOPED AND MAINTAINED assigned project - a living training calendar which was used by the 7th Army Training Command to coordinate home station training as well as joint/multinational training.USED AUTOMATED COMPUTER SYSTEMS TO DEVELOP, TRACK, AND REPORT Division school enrollment, re-enrollment, and deferments. COLLECTED AND ANALYZED training data for 7th Army Training Command and maintained the Army Synchronization Tool (AST), both SIPR and NIPR. DEVELOPED, WROTE, AND EDITED various reports and other documents. REVIEWED training directives and ASSISTED IN DEVELOPING unit’s quarterly training schedule, as well as the annual training guidance.
