As a Sales Enablement Content Developer, I am responsible for creating training content to power our Q4 Sales Academy program. Our mission in Sales Enablement is to develop amazing sales careers and empower sales and support professionals to engage our buyers. This is a critical role where my work touches every customer facing employee to help them hit targets faster.Key Responsibilities:Design and build sales training and sales enablement content in conjunction with the vision of sales leadership with the goal to drive key performance metrics.Collaborate with the sales enablement team to evaluate current enablement assets, gaps, and orchestrate content development. Build sales enablement content that is engaging for both instructor-led and self-based learning Support sales enablement leadership in the deployment of content through training sessions, events, and ongoing training efforts as needed. Measure the effectiveness of training content to identify gaps and areas to improve to inform future content creation. Continuously seeking out, identifying, and experimenting with innovative methods of training and educating sales and customer service professionals.
