Led the overnight team in the role of front office supervisor at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. Verified daily accounting and set up next day's department accounts. Assisted with both internal and external guest interactions. I assisted third party outlets with reservations. Represented the front office with all communications related to our guests experience with other departments.
