I work to maintain performance and accuracy standards through effective coaching to ensure Kohl’s meets inventory goals, all while managing staffing of over 100 associates to meet UPH & CPH goals. I help increase associate engagement through accountability and positive reinforcement all while developing and communicating a clear vision to support Kohl’s distribution network with multi-shift operations.

As Project Manager I do a number of administrative roles within the School of Business. I promote and implement the use of google forms across the School of Business, such as tracking attendance for events and club meetings. I manage project deliverables within time limits and liaise with internal or external stakeholders to identify needs, all while conducting research and gathering information as needed for the project. Finally I am responsible for proactively handling any arising issues and troubleshooting any problems.
