SBC provides a range of cost-effective consulting services to owners, executives and staff of businesses, and professionals from not-for-profit and public organizations across Eastern Ontario.Feasibility Assessment• Collaborated with a team of 4 consultants to generate a feasibility assessment for Kingston’s first Woman’s Centre of Excellence to solve a growing problem concerning hospital wait times for the Obstetrics and Gynecology department to improve healthcare outcomes. The primary objective was to increase access - regardless of the income distribution - to high-quality care while ensuring the delivery system model can support the current demand, ultimately providing all women with world-class care when they need it.
