In association with key disciplines at Vonage, and partner media agency, developed and executed strategies to support extensive display, SEM, and CRM efforts, new product launches, promotions, and provisions to back-end billing systems. Principal on project team that included Vonage Marketing, Technology, and Customer Care responsible for interaction design of Vonage Mobile for Facebook iPhone and Android applications and application launch strategy.

Initiated, managed, and optimized Google AdWords buy and email communication program. Successfully drove new business and reduced costs by replacing reliance on printed collateral.

Included re-architecture, design and build of pepsico.com corporate web presence, growmyrestaurant.com, and paid digital media efforts for Starbucks bottled beverages. Projects entailed broad discovery work, strategy, persona development, information architecture, design, CMS and preference center implementation. Presented strategic plans, research results, design options, and analytic results to PepsiCo executive leadership. Responsible for Bank of America's national in-store digital signage communication strategy and execution. Included internal banking center and outdoor digital assets in major metropolitan city centers.
