My name is Jared Herron and I am a junior at Oakland University. I am currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems with a specialization in Business Analytics.I spent my first year at Oakland University studying Environmental Science with the interest of working for an Environmental agency or firm as an analyst. The following year, a change in thought led me to the decision to switch my degree to Business, specifically MIS, because it allows me to grow my knowledge of business analytics and also allows the opportunity to pursue a career in many different industries.I am also very interested in fashion and design and am currently exploring avenues of Entrepreneurship relating to fashion/design using Artificial Intelligence tools. For summer 2023, I am looking for an internship in the Business field to learn more about information systems and data analysis.
