I have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where I received the Regents Scholarship for high academic achievement and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University with a focus in quantitative analysis. I started my career as a Supply Chain Operations Associate Supervisor at PepsiCo, managing warehouse operations, logistics, and quality control for a large distribution center. I joined Petsource by Scoular in 2020 as a Supply Chain Specialist and was promoted to Master Planner in 2022. I received the Petsource Hero award in 2023 for my continuous improvement efforts that had company-wide impacts. I am passionate about using data and analytics to optimize supply chain processes and deliver value to customers and stakeholders. I am also adaptable, competitive, and futuristic, always looking for new opportunities and challenges to improve and innovate. I enjoy collaborating and relating with diverse and talented teams, and learning from different perspectives and experiences.
