I have worked at The Home Depot for seven and a half years, specializing in sales and customer service. Over the course of my tenure here I have served in a number of leadership roles including captaining the InFocus team, which is a storewide safety initiative. However, I gain the most satisfaction from sales. Talking with customers about what their specific needs are and finding which services and products best suit their circumstances is very gratifying. Part of my job is also calling customers on the phone to follow up on information requests and quotes for service. I have great phone etiquette and a warm and active phone presence. Additionally, my coworkers have come to count on me for my strong IT skills. I’m a team player and get along well with my colleagues, even playing on the company softball team for the last couple of years.
