My experience has primarily been based in local government and the third sector, providing various services previously to vulnerable people and now doctors. I have done this in both administrative capacity and also front line working with children and families directly. I have always been passionate about helping people and my work history shows this. I currently work for the General Medical Council where I use my experience in customer facing roles to provide and excellent level of customer service to doctors and stakeholders. My experience of working within a legislative framework have helped me in my current role to suggest approaches to Assistant Registrars when making referrals for decisions.I am aiming to secure a management role within the local government or third sector in the next five years. In the process of achieving this I will work to further my decision making and project management skills.
