It Support Technician
Current- Responsible for resolving tickets logged through ServiceNow, as well as walk-up software troubleshooting across three office locations, working with AzureAD, JAMF Connect, OKTA, and other company systems.- Assists in troubleshooting of remote desktop setups and provisioning zero touch deployment computers (Mac & PC). - Aids in facilitating transfer of information from old to new devices via cloud-based services (Druva, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc).
