-With little supervision, executing a wide range of technical tasks relating to the maintenance and integrity of the revenue cycle.-Responsible for creation and maintenance of new procedures and work queues across several Epic environments.-Assist team members and contractors with integration of newly acquired businesses and modules. -Experience with Epic Text and Hyperspace environment, including the importing and exporting of sensitive data.

-Maintain and enter records within Microsoft Dymanics and People Soft -Serve as first point of contant for internal and external customers via phone or in person

-Leading team investigation and resolution of internal and external theft. -Responsible for driving sales and shortage reduction for a twenty seven million dollar store. -Manage and develop over 150 Team members to deliver quality sever ice and results-Develop a strong safety culture among Team Members and ensure OSHA compliance in the store. -Responsible for the investigation of internal and external theft -Successfully reduced total store shortage by over $100,000 in two years.

- Data entry, public speaking, and phone operations- Providing prospective students and their families with a tour of campus- Contacting and communicating with various academic and university staff- Participating in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees

- Plan, lead, and implement programs and experiences for children ages 6-11- Responsible for the general safety and development of campers- Identify and respond to camper behavior issues

- Assist students, parents, and university personnel throughout the duration of each orientation session - Knowledgeable with various university academic offerings and available services- Providing students with a strong positive first experience to ensure student retention and success

- Ensure students adhere to probation orders and check school attendance as required- Assist students with homework during after school programming- Wellness checks, incident reporting with home visits- Participating in judicial hearings, including arraignments and sentencing- Job shadowing with Menominee County Sheriff's Department, and Menominee County Felony Probation
