I graduated in May 2022 with a Bachelors in Information Technology.I just started working as a Service Desk Technician at Ampere computing and I am excited to see what I am able to learn from this position and how I can contribute to the company!I was working a part-time job as a farm hand/field manager at my Uncle's strawberry farm while I looked for opportunities to work in my field.Recently, I worked a job at Bob Jones University in the IT Assets department. This job gave me more technical and relevant IT work experience. My responsibilities included the following: managing software service requests and incident tickets, imaging university computers, installing software, and troubleshooting problems with computers for the staff and faculty.I have been working as a farmhand during the summers at my Uncle's Strawberry farm since I was thirteen years old. This job helped me develop a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, leadership skills, and prepared me to work in stressful situations. It also gave me experience working with my boss, coworkers, and independently.
