- Meet with 15-30+ prospective clients per week at their properties within my 70+ mile radius territory throughout San Bernardino, Ventura, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles counties. - Listen to and ask questions of the homeowner to discover their needs & priorities and the details of their proposed landscaping/construction project. - Give a presentation that introduces, illustrates the strength of, and educates clients about our products, the installation process, and the project… Show more - Meet with 15-30+ prospective clients per week at their properties within my 70+ mile radius territory throughout San Bernardino, Ventura, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles counties. - Listen to and ask questions of the homeowner to discover their needs & priorities and the details of their proposed landscaping/construction project. - Give a presentation that introduces, illustrates the strength of, and educates clients about our products, the installation process, and the project timeline. - Help prospective clients choose the products, designs, and services that suit their unique needs and taste. - Measure and evaluate the property and generate an accurate estimate on the spot for the homeowner. - Make a sketch of the job site with all the details of the proposed project and measurements for the installation team to follow. - Take photos and a video of the job site that thoroughly explain all aspects of the client’s project for the installation team.- Identify & implement strategies that best make prospective clients feel comfortable accepting our bid, signing an agreement, & scheduling their installation.- Discuss financing options, secure loans via GreenSky when necessary, and collect the initial deposit for the project. - Act as the liaison between the company or installation crew and clients to implement any changes, address any concerns, or communicate any new information relevant to the project. - Follow up via phone calls, email, texts, or repeat visits with prospective clients not yet committed to moving forward and help them navigate the decision making process. - Facilitate HOA approval, commission and prepare materials for 3D renderings of our designs, address any concerns, and offer any insight that will help prospective clients be ready to move forward. - Maintain a high closing ratio of deals to meetings with leads and generate consistently high sales for the company. - Heavy daily usage of Asana, WorkIz, GreenSky, and JustCall apps.
