Franchise and Business Development

Responsible for executing Meineke’s franchise recruiting process including developing warm leads, soliciting vendor partners to help identify quality leads, attend industry events and corporate events, and awarding new franchise agreements.Execute Meineke candidate recruitment process: Initial Research – General Qualification – Specific Qualification – Close.Communicate Meineke’s recruitment process with candidates including – application requirements, due diligence process, operational and financial requirements, training dates, and the targeted close date.Responsible for reviewing a candidate’s initial franchise application, financial statements, and background information to determine if qualified and advocate to the Application Review Committee to move to the next step of the recruitment process.Responsible for compiling and submitting complete franchise agreement packets to the Franchise Development Support Manager.Responsible for the administration of franchise contracts and disclosure procedures while maintaining legal compliance with all federal and state specific franchise sales regulations.Responsible for preparing and completing legally compliant franchise agreements, as well as all applicable amendments to these agreements.Assist newly awarded franchisees as they prepare to commence integration, and work with others within the company to implement appropriate pre-opening training and support programs as new franchisees open their facilities.

Management of all Franchise Development for the N-Hance Brand• Set a new annual record for out of network sales • Developed & implemented new sales training curriculum for all N-Hance Franchise owners and improved close rates for up to 30% for some owners with an average of 14% increase.

Manage company’s entire sale process, including supervision of 4 sales associates to generate new revenues and maximize individual sales performance. Direct marketing activities and handle entire sales process for clients who purchase / build new homes. Serve as liaison between sales team and construction team. Oversee land acquisition and project development as well as floor plan design.• Doubled sales within first 2 years of tenure from $2.5 million to $5 million by establishing relationships with customers and creating a more professional business operation. • Developed and implemented a Web-based communication system between the construction and sales teams that reduced errors on new homes by 40%, streamlined communications, and eliminated several steps that saved time in construction process.• Expanded market share to build larger custom-built homes; secured construction of 14 homes to be built in excess of $300,000.• Co-developed and launched company’s first large-scale town home community with 114 homes, which has been recognized as the most successful selling town home community in the county.
