I currently lead a team of nearly 100 auditioned musicians in Wisconsin, Illinois, and New York who are all devoted to the art of enhancing weddings with live classical, jazz and pop covers. I grew the Dream City Strings from a small group of frustrated musicians to a robust team who has earned the praise of over 140 recently-married couples in just over a year. In addition to spearheading sales and marketing activity, I developed a custom CRM and suite of music-planning tools specifically suited to our needs using the Laravel 5.5 Framework.

Planned and delivered K-5 General Music curriculum. Collaborated with colleagues to accomplish cross-curricular general music projects. Directed 3rd Grade Choir, 4th and 5th Grade Choir, Beginning Band, Advanced Band, Jazz Band. Taught group lessons in all Woodwind, Brass, Percussion and String instruments. Ran before school 3rd Grade Strings Program. Co-directed 5th Grade Musical, "The Jungle Book." Instructed the Front Ensemble of the South Brunswick Viking Marching Band and co-founded the South Brunswick High School Indoor Drumline.

Collaborate with artistic staff for the production of Opera such as Donizetti's Elixir of Love and Gounod's Faust. Recruited and conducted orchestral musicians consisting of advanced High School Musicians and Professional Instrumentalists. Coached vocal rehearsals and performed as substitute rehearsal pianist for vocal and staging rehearsals. Developed and managed budget for operations. Designed and maintained web and social media presence.

Conducted rehearsals and performance of Mozart's Marriage of Figaro scored for woodwind quintet and marimba. The goals of the organization and performance are to raise awareness of the social and political issues people face in Republic of Congo, and to inspire community collaboration locally and abroad.

Synchronized front of house staff and production staff. Assisted guests with seating and general questions.
