As Assistsnt Principal, providing administrative leadership to a high school of 900 students and a staff over 100 professionals, educators and support staff. Responsibilities include collaborating with staff to provide rigorous, student-driven lessons, building a positive culture for our student-body, guest speaking presentations, oversight of school discipline, incorporating and leading our "Professional Learning Communities" philosophy. Our combined efforts have led to a substantial increase in our graduation rate, improving by 13 percent during the last 4 years. Personal projects include oversight of the New York State Regents testing process, significant increases to our extra-curricular participation, and oversight of several cutting edge programs that add value to our student-body whithout effecting teacher/student contact time.

Served as founder and Head Wrestling Coach of SUNY Sullivan Wrestling, a 2 year Community College in the SUNY system in upstate NY. Starting the program from scratch at a college that never had a wrestling program was very rewarding, especially being able to help grow the sport of wrestling. Our team competed in the NJCAA and our athletes combined for 7 appearances at the NJCAA National tournament. We had 1 District Champion and four finalists in our first two years. A program highlight thus far was competing in the prestigious 2014 Grapple At The Garden as the first JUCO program to ever wrestle at the Garden. Our program has begun a legacy of community involvement and growing the sport of wrestling while collaborating with youth and high school programs throughout the state. SUNY Sullivan has been the host-site for the prestigious Eastern States Classic, regarded as one of the best high school tournaments in the Northeast, as well as the host for the NYWAY kickoff tournament.

As a school administrator in athletics, oversaw 46 athletic teams and a staff of 57 coaches. Also served as Varsity Wrestling Coach and Varsity Football Coach. Responsibilities included oversight of all programs, growth and development, scheduling, eligibility, academic progress and eligibility, budget, marketing, and sports information. Served section on Executive Committee and as a Wrestling Chairman. Projects included development of a multi-million dollar overhaul of facilities that was implemented to improve facilities for football, soccer, basketball, track and field, and all gymnasiums throughout the district, a cutting edge fitness room, and personally developed and built a new cross-country course regarded as one of the best in New York State. Areas of significant strength include collaborating with all constituents to meet the needs of our department and to best serve our student-athletes and community, motivating and providing motivation and leadership opportunities through presentations, as a guest speaker, bringing in guest speakers, promoting volunteerism, and growing awareness to collegiate opportunities and that process.
