Much time is spent on the news feed provided though the TR website, waiting for tasks that match my criteria as a rabbit. Then after bidding or accepting a task, prompt communication is made with the client to ensure all details have been worked out before I physically arrive. The task may be simply hooking up a new X-Box One to a LCD screen TV, or it could be a deep clean in someone's apartment so they can get there security deposit back when they move. Sometimes the client does not have all the required tools to complete the task. So I take charge and locate the item, go purchase it, and allow for reimbursement through the website saving them the hassle of doing it themselves. Then, once the task is nearing an end, I confirm with the client that all work has been done to their satisfaction to ensure their standards have been exceeded. Monitoring the CCTV (Closed Caption Television), issuing and returning access badges through the use of a specialized software program called LENEL based on which premises they have permission for through specialized CAL program, and monitor and screen incoming emails then either send them to the appropriate folder, or schedule a conference room if that is what is being requested. Other duties involve: Walking tours of all parts of the building ensuring all access points are secure, all safety equipment are functioning properly, and overall facility maintenance. Becoming involved and de-escalating personal matters between two clients when the situation arises. Notifies shipping and receiving when an incoming packages is on the way. Also relieves secondary building's security officers for their 15 and half an hour breaks; taught and proficient in the secondary building's security software, P200 for issuing and returning access badges.
