I work side by side with the Regional Manager of Commercial Sales for Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. I work to coordinate business deals with most dealerships, body shops, construction companies, small businesses and insurance agencies in the greater Oregon area. Recruiting new business partners and maintaining business relations is a imperative part of my job. To build new relationships with untapped markets and business owners that do not currently do business with Car Toys is also at the top of my agenda. It is also important to train and motivate our retail sales team at the store level. I oversee Clackamas county in Oregon for the NFIB (National Federation for Independent Business) It is my job to recruit members and inform business owners of upcoming legislation and how it will effect their company. We then fight at state and federal levels to impact these issues.
