Client Relationship Specialist
Current● Facilitates initial intake by phone of Small Business Development Center Clients.● Assesses the client and businesses for information to determine a scope of work in providingbusiness technical assistance.● Develops relationships with clients to elicit information about their business and circumstance toinform our assessment.● Make initial determinations for assigning business clients to SBDC advisors.● Facilitates scheduling for SBDC clients with SBDC advisors, for providing business technicalassistance.● Requires developing a familiarity with the skills and specializations of our advisor roster, for theoptimal pairing of consultant and business.● Follow-up with clients and advisors for continuing client assistance.● Maintain open communication with business advisors to track the status and outcomes of thebusiness advising.● Other duties as assigned, in working in collaboration with team goals.
