I serve as a full-time Interim Principal in Harrison Schools, District 2 of Colorado Springs. Concurrently, I am an Adjunct Professor for the Special Education program in the College of Education at George Mason University (GMU). Recently, I earned My Ph.D. In Education Leadership and Special Education from GMU. My research interests focus on studying organizational behavior management in school settings, and the perceptions of applied behavior analysis from clients. Previously, I earned my Master's in Special Education and a Certificate of Applied Behavior Analysis at GMU. I earned my Bachelors's in Early Childhood and Special Education at Slippery Rock University. Also, I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA-VA), and hold an Administration & Supervision K-12 endorsement.
